Join us for fun and interactive sessions with local chefs showcasing their talent and culinary tricks. Mobile kitchen will be located in the Constellation Hall, just outside of the Grand Ballroom.

Chef Demos throughout the day on Saturday, March 10th from 11:30am – 3:00pm & Sunday, March 11th from 12:30 – 3:00pm

Saturday March 10th

11:30 am – Chef Will Shine II from Hearsay Restaurant – Cocoa and four spiced dusted pork tenderloin with vanilla bean chili infused chocolate demi glace.”

12:15 pm – Pastry Chef Kali Kennedy from Luna Café – Chocolate Honey Goat Cheese Custard Tart with Chocolate Shortbread Crust.

1:15 pm – Chef Darrell Folck from Oregon Coast Culinary Institute – “Darrell’s Chocolate Tart” – chocolate pastry crust, flourless chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, a caramel nut center and chocolate pieces. 

2:15 pm – Alex Simich from Crater Lake Spirits – “Chocolate Cocktail featuring Espresso Hazelnut Vodka.”

Sunday March 11th

12:30 pm – Chef Tim Keller from Larks Restaurant – “Dancin Vineyards Pas de Trois Pinot Truffles with Oregon Sea Salt & Wine Pairing.”

1:15 pm – Chef Darrell Folck from Oregon Coast Culinary Institute – “Darrell’s Chocolate Tart”- chocolate pastry crust, flourless chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, a caramel nut center and chocolate pieces.

2:00 pm – Chef Sky Elder from Brickroom – “Magic Shell” – prepared with Hazelnut Oil using Misterio Chocolate with a scoop of ice cream inside.
