For the first time ever, one chocolate lover from the public will join our expert judging panel for the Oregon Chocolate Festival’s Annual Chocolate Product Competition.
That’s right. You could be the 2027 People’s Judge.
Two chocolate experts will bring their trained palates and industry knowledge. You’ll bring something just as important: the perspective of a passionate chocolate lover.

No professional chocolate experience required. You don’t need to be a chef, chocolatier or food critic. You just need a genuine appreciation for great chocolate and the enthusiasm to help choose the best of the best.

As the 2027 People’s Judge, you’ll join two expert judges to taste and evaluate entries in the Oregon Chocolate Festival’s Annual Chocolate Product Competition.
You’ll get an insider’s look at the competition, taste a lineup of chocolate creations and help determine which products deserve to rise to the top.
And yes, you get to say you were an official chocolate judge.
